Here is my work out:
2 minutes each with 1 minute break in-between.
(Personal max in 2 minutes)
Push ups- 32
Sit ups- 38
Squats- 43
I guess these numbers are pretty good... for a beginner. I had to do the girlie style push ups today. Hopefully I can be a man and do them the real way eventually.
My eating.... was not so great. Cheerios for breakfast, munched on random things for lunch (cottage cheese, crackers and cherries) and Hamburger Helper for dinner. I NEVER MAKE HAMBURGER HELPER because it is SO bad for you, but I am having a difficult time getting Peyton to eat anything so I gave it a try. She probably ate four noodles and then started throwing the food on the floor. Humph.
Dave comes home from Scout Camp tomorrow- YAY!- and he can help me figure out what to make for dinner.
Also, Dave and I celebrated our three year anniversary in different states today. He is in Wyoming and I am in good ol' Utah. I didn't even remember what today was until 11 or so when I was cleaning the bathroom... Oh well. We love each other. The actual date doesn't matter.
We are celebrating next month with a weekend getaway to an all expenses paid marriage retreat in Park City. We are super excited and very grateful for the Utah National Guard providing this for the military members and their spouses. (Did I mention it is FREE!!)
