I have a lot of friends and family members who sometimes give me the impression that they "don't REALLY know me". Perhaps this is because I don't allow myself to open up to others as well as I should out of pure self confidence issues or perhaps I don't want people to see the true Tashina.
Whatever this reasoning may be I have decided to open myself up a little bit more and start a 30 day challenge here on my blog. I know this is supposed to be a start of the month thing, but this is my blog and I want to start it today.
