A Moment of Gratitude

My heart is very full today.

I am so grateful for the blessing we have in Utah to be so close to so many temples. What a blessing the temple has been in our little families lives.

I find myself getting caught up in the 'not so important' tasks of the day and leaving my sweet baby girl to find things to do on her own.  I am grateful for the gentle reminders that I receive to focus a little more on the most important little person in my life.

I am grateful for the knowledge I have that I will see my loved one's again.  My sweet 95 year old great grandmother passed away this week.  I have had my difficult moments as I remember my fond memories of her when I was growing up and the time Dave, Peyton and I spent with her this summer.  Her wish has finally come true and she is now reunited with her husband after being widowed for 34 years as well as her siblings and other loved one's.  She was a great example to me and still is. I am excited to see her again in her vibrant and healed form.

We found out at the beginning of October that we are expecting a little boy.  We are thrilled to have a little man running around.  I am grateful that Heavenly Father has blessed me with the opportunity to be a wife and mother.
